From Skate Shop Lessons to Building Investment-Grade Businesses

At age 10, I watched my mom open Square One Skateboards to solve a simple problem – overpriced Tony Hawk boards in Topeka, Kansas.

She ran that shop for five years, pouring her heart into serving young skaters like me. But when life forced her to close the doors, she walked away with nothing to show for her years of sacrifice.

That lesson shaped my mission today.

After nearly three decades in marketing, I’ve evolved from SEO in the early days of the internet to leading Fortune 100 campaigns and building one of America’s largest full-service real estate marketing companies.
